There are no words to describe this year's Kindergarten Graduation and Talent Show. The graduates were awesome and the talent show was the best one ever!!! All the Starting Point Kids and the Starting Point Parents got to be part of this year's show and everyone had a great time.

The evening started out by honoring the elementary honor roll students, who marched down to stand before the assembly to receive applause from the audience for their academic achievement. Next, our 5 graduates marched down to "Pomp & Circumstance" and then wowed the audience with their poems and speeches. Six year old Marvin Price returned this year to do the keynote speech for graduation. After receiving their diplomas, the graduates presented flowers to their parents who cried with happiness.

After the graduation, the students all danced down front to begin the talent show. The littlest Starting Point Kids dazzled the audience with their dance steps while the older students wowed us by doing "The Charleston". The elementary students recited the names of all 44 U.S. presidents as a lead in to a Barack Obama speech on change in America and they led a Black History Jeopardy for the parents in the audience. The elementary students also performed a basketball dance number and they reprised their "Jackson 5" dance number first performed at the Holiday recital. Our graduates performed a high energy dance number that had the entire audience clapping and to end of the talent show, all the Starting Point Kids danced off stage one by one with their parents.
